Magic Mountain's Terrain Park crew assists with the maintenance of the Terrain Park, its features and handle-tow lift. The crew works closely with Mountain Ops to maintain and provide a safe and fun experience for skiers and riders.
Essential Functions:
Maintain safe features and conditions in the Park as well as operation of the handle-tow lift.
Identify and report any hazards or concerns to the lift maintenance team
Be familiar with all policies, procedures and rules regarding safe operation of handle-tow.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Our Park Crew should possess and demonstrate patience, understanding and a willingness to help our guests have a fun and safe Park experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Good work ethic and dependability
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Physical and Mental Demands: This position works outdoors and requires prolonged periods of standing and walking on slippery and/or uneven snow or icy surfaces. Must remain alert and attentive at all times. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Shoveling snow and/or ice required as needed to maintain access and features.
