Local Cleaning company looking for a full time utility person for new office building. Day-Time position Monday Thru Friday 40 hours a week.
Duties.
-Stocking of office and kitchen supplies.
-wipe down counter surfaces in break areas.
-Daytime spot Cleaning of spills.
-New employee set-up coordination.
-Assist with office moves.
-Event set-ups, receiving catering.
-Daily inspection of interior of building, walls, flooring, lighting etc.
-Ordering office supplies.
-Responding to service calls,
-Assist as point of contact for vendors.
-Set ups and break-downs conference rooms for meetings, training sessions and special events.
-Employee moves
-Interior plant maintenance (watering of plants)
