Artist Assistant wanted for Summer 2019.
Must be capable of using tools, the computer and organizing. Be comfortable handling fragile items. Flexible skill set is a must.
Bonus points for one or more of the following:
1. File Management.
2. Data Management.
3. Knowledge of Electronic Hardware: Cameras, Stereos, Computers, Screens, Computer Parts.
4. Ability to do physical labor like assisting installing a Door and Windows.
5. Sense of organization and general understanding of organizational systems.
6. Basic working knowledge of Art History.
7. Some understanding of contemporary art. Specifically what is happening at present.
Position is paid $15 - $20 + Meals while on Job if desired. Rates are dependent upon applicant qualifications.
Hours are sometimes flexible and never consistent unless a project is involved.
On average time spent would be around 4 - 8 hours a week. Some weeks would be plenty of time, others may have no time at all.
