REPRO is seeking an individual with a friendly and engaging demeanor for our Bindery and shipping department. We are ONLY considering candidates with previous bindery experience; candidate must be familiar with binding machinery including cutting, folding, booklet binding, and who are looking for a small, friendly company to work at where the employees on average have worked together as a team for 20 years. You will work with our lead bindery person as well as be in charge of shipping and receiving and do local deliveries using our company van. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, be able to lift cartons weighting up to 50 pounds, excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work well under deadlines. Pay is commensurate with experience and the successful candidate will demonstrate professional business acumen and have a can-do attitude. The successful candidate will receive a $1,000 appreciation bonus at the end of their first year of employment.
