Skilled Carpenters are expected to have their own tools and be able and willing to lead jobs when asked. Must be willing to lead, follow, work independently and as part of a team. We do as much work in house as possible. You should be comfortable framing, finishing, flooring, drywall, siding, painting, some roofs and small tile jobs, etc.
Helpers will be expected to have their own hand tools. No experience is needed. Must be willing to learn all trades as asked.
Compensation is competitive and dependent on experience. We are looking for candidates that can work 30-40 hours per week. We understand times are tough for those with children and are willing to be flexible with scheduling.
