Leading Coffee Manufacturer in Vermont is seeking motivated individuals to join their production team. The Production Technician is responsible for monitoring the production processes, to include operating manufacturing equipment and maintaining compliance with safety and quality.
Weekend Day or Weekend Night Shift Available!
Job Duties
Machine operation / Lock Out Tag Out
Feeding Product (i.e. cups and labels) into machines
Comply with all safety policies and procedures and demonstrate proper safe behaviors
Maintain a healthful and safe environment
Accurately perform quality checks and maintain accurate records
Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to communicate and problem solve
Ability to get along with others, be punctual, demonstrate satisfactory attendance, and follow instructions from others
Basic mathematical skills to make production calculations
Able to work in a manufacturing environment, within a variety of environmental conditions
Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions
