The Family Center is seeking an experienced program manager to co-lead our high-quality Early Childhood program. Play a role in making a difference in the lives of children and families by supporting the childrens development and helping to build a strong foundation for life. Engage and support a team of educators that are passionate and committed professionals
Contribute to curriculum and assessment creation and implementation
Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
Develop and promote positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing, and community partners
Desired Qualifications for Knowledge/Experience:
2-3 years of strong leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team, able to meet state specific guidelines for the position, bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Early Childhood Special Education, or related field. Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other professionals, maintain records, and complete reports on a timely basis. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
Must possess a value system consistent with that of the Family Center of Washington County and have demonstrated a client-centered approach in past work. Must display caring, respect, resilience, and a willingness to adapt to change.
