Basic Function: Handle organizational and clerical support tasks. This may include organizing files, scheduling appointments, writing, copying, proofreading, welcoming clients and more. This function is supervised by the Office Administrator.
Essential Functions
Handling incoming calls and other communications
Managing filing systems
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
Helping organize and maintain office common areas
Performing general office clerk duties and errands
Maintaining office supply inventory
Aiding with client reception as needed
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
Preparing responses to requests for proposals
Proofing finalized reports before sending to clients
Roll forward and prep work for audit and tax teams
Support the Office Administrator with her daily tasks
Ensure billings are complete
Strong Excel and Word skills for ongoing tasks and special projects
Scan client information for tax preparation
Coordinate the tax organizers
Preparation of tax engagement letters
Preparation of 1099s

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such
as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a flexible part time position. Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma
One year of administrative experience
