Vermont Dog Trainer in Hyde Park is looking for a Part-Time Office Coordinator. Position duties will include but not be limited to:
helping our clients make reservations
answering phone
answering emails
ordering supplies
high level of community service
working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, Google Documents, Google Calendar
ability to multi-task
organization
initiative
learning our kennel software
Once new-hire is accustomed to position we will be adding on our sales position which will include but not limited to:
taking phone calls from prospective training clients
explaining training programs
booking training programs
new client paperwork
filing
Position will be Monday thru Friday 2pm-5:30pm to start. Hours will increase once sales position is added. Only applicants with a resume will be considered for the position.
