Primary Responsibilities
Reception & Office Support:
- Answer phones and greet customers with professionalism and warmth
- Organize and maintain lobby literature and marketing materials
- Produce marketing materials using Microsoft Office suite
- Provide administrative support for full-time sales consultants
- Handle general office tasks and correspondence
Sales Training & Development:
- Learn our product lines and sales processes
- Shadow experienced sales consultants
- Develop customer relationship skills
- Grow into an independent sales role with commission opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with computers and technology
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and other Office applications
- Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience
- Interest in sales and career development
