Healthy Living is searching for our next GREAT Cheese Associate. We are a small team of individuals devoted to the beauty of cheese, artisan breads and fabulous baked goods.
The Healthy Living Cheese Department is an in-store gem that showcases cheese from not only around the world but also from our wonderful Vermont cheese makers. Our offerings are unique, diversified - and all delicious!
Our Cheese & Bread Associates ensure that the department is abundantly stocked, beautifully organized and merchandised effectively. She/he stocks only the highest-quality product (cheese, bread and baked goods), pulls out-dated product, as well as is responsible for cutting delicious cheese to the required specifications, weighing the cut product and ensuring it is labeled accurately. Our cheese & bread staff are also well known for their friendly, upbeat and knowledgeable customer service skills.
This position requires someone that is a self-starter; someone who can self-manage, stay on task, work independently and ensure that the department is maintained properly throughout the shift. This person must also be a dependable and reliable team-player as this is a small close-knit department. Holiday (December) availability is also a MUST!
Experience working with and a strong LOVE of cheese is required, along with proficient knife skills.
