The Garcia's Tobacco Shop team is looking to fill a full time position. We have a small staff, so flexibility is important when it comes to scheduling and availability. The store gets busy during the various holidays throughout the year, so it is very helpful to be local and willing to help out during these times. It is important to understand that customers walk into the store expecting exceptional customer service and product comprehension. Because of this, it is essential to be driven and professional. The environment is fast paced, our inventory is constantly evolving, there's always something to learn and there's always something to do. Seeking the following traits / skills:
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Eager and willing to learn about new products
- Focused on customer service
- Focused on communication skills
- Experience using cash registers / POS systems
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable
- Self motivated and project oriented
- Thorough, patient, and mindful
- Retail experience
Helpful but not required:
- Experience with E-Cigarettes, E-Liquid, and Vaporizers
- Experience with premium Cigars, Pipe Tobacco, and other Tobacco Products
- Must be available Nights and Weekends
- Must be available 35-40 Hours a Week
