AFLAC is a Fortune 125 Company and has an office in Brandon to service the region. Aflac dominates the supplemental benefits market for small employers. Aflac product offerings include short-term disability, accident, cancer, hospital confinement, dental, life and vision.

Every year employers reduce their benefits, but employees want more. Aflac is paid for by the employee, is offered as a work-site benefit, and costs the company nothing. Aflac operates in this rapidly growing market and is very well positioned for growth during the next 10 years and more as health insurance is changing so rapidly. Aflac is enjoying consistent and stable sales growth while many companies are experiencing a down-turn in sales and subsequently, a down size in work-force.

Sales Associates call on our existing accounts and develop new markets. Some sales experience is preferred, but not required. First year compensation can range from $30,000-$70,000. Skills required are an outgoing personality, and a strong desire to help people. We will provide excellent training at every step of your career with unlimited income potential. Management opportunities are based on your abilities, not your time with the company. Aflac's prominent duck advertising campaign is enormously helpful in this role.

If you would like more information about the opportunity, submit your resume to Teena Foster via the contact information listed above.
