802 Toyota is hiring We have grown again and are in need of Customer Service Reps- We are looking for hard working energetic women and men, who are customer orientated. Our Customer Service Representative position is for a true 'people person' that enjoys engaging with others over the phone. This position is an entry-level position with the potential to grow and advance within our company for the motivated individual.

Responsibilities:
Receive inbound calls and emails for our sales and service departments
Place follow-up calls and emails to customers
Represent our dealership in a friendly and professional manner at all times
Maintain efficient and detailed records of contacts and appointments
Answers customer inquiries and fulfill requests
Additional duties as needed
Requirments:
A great attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
A professional appearance at all times
Ability to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
Ability to effectively communicate with customers via email
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS word, excel and Google Docs
