We are looking for a Mechanic work in our Heavy Duty Truck repair shop. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of medium, heavy duty trucks and trailers. Knowledge of refrigeration units is a plus. You must supply your own tools. Some shop tools are available. Current Vermont Inspection License is helpful. Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Must be able to work well with others, work independently with minimal supervision and multi-task.
A valid driver's license is required (CDL is preferred - with no restrictions) A pre-employment drug screen and driver background report will be performed. Must possess or obtain a DOT medcard
Benefits for the full time position will include Health/Vision/Dental insurance, 401K plan, paid holidays and vacation, uniforms, 2nd shift night pay differential. Pay scale is based on experience.
