Job Description:
Bellavance Trucking is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee, coordinate, and participate in daily warehouse activities. The Warehouse Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations, and has leadership responsibilities for a team of 10 warehouse employees. The Warehouse team is responsible for the implementation of production, productivity, quality and customer service standards.
Department- Warehouse
Purpose- To plan, manage, direct, and participate in the day-today processes of the warehouse to arrange for the safe delivery, organization and protection of inbound stone, as well as efficient and secured outbound loading.

Key Duties and Responsibilities-
-Collaborate with various teams within the company to ensure successful daily operations.
-Participate in the loading and unloading of stone/granite.
-Train, schedule, and supervise all warehouse employees, and holding employees accountable for successful work results.
-Manage all important documents such as paperwork for loading and unloading and company policies.
-Contribute to the team effort by assisting in safely unloading inbound material and securely reloading outbound material.
-Provide assistance, guidance, coaching, and positive direction to employees as required.
-Professionally and courteously interact with customers.
-Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, neatness, and safety.
-CDL preferred, and the ability to safely and efficiently operate a crane.
Qualifications -
-Ability to be on your feet for 48-50 hours per week
-Must be able to facilitate the loading and unloading of stone/granite
-High school diploma or GED equivalent
-5+ years of supervisory and leadership experience (preferred)
-5+ years of warehouse experience (preferred)
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Strong leadership skills
