4-year degree preferred or comparable experience in a Business, Sales or similar type of environment
3-5 years’ experience within a leadership/manager role, in a consumer products industry
3-5 years of experience and knowledge in Hospitality/Commercial Services, Customer Service, Purchasing, Manufacturing and/or Design Trade preferred
Knowledge and aptitude in team management and lean leadership is vital
Ability to understand and learn the Hubbardton Forge product line and its applications
Excellent computer, written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong long term customer relationships
Experience leading a growing team in a fast-changing environment that requires strategic thinking, results-oriented, decision making and commitment to excellence
Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and all levels of management throughout the organization
