Located in the Green Mountains of southern Vermont, The Vermont Country Store, a family owned multi-channel business, has been successfully operating for more than 70 years. We sell products you love, but can’t find anywhere else. Our business is thriving and we are in need of many people to help us get our orders out to our customers. We are looking to hire

full or part time Customer Service Representatives to serve as At Home Agents (must live in Vermont) or to work in our call center at our

North Clarendon facility. The qualified candidates should be energetic, upbeat and customer service oriented.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers with professionalism and proper telephone etquette.
• Proficient using a computer keyboard, mouse and basic computer software.
• Abilityto multi-task and attention to detail.
