Maintain walks, stairs, roofs, decks, entryways, fire hydrants, and gas tanks
Daily trash pick-up including recycling
Shovel, snowblow, plow, sand in order to keep all areas clear and safe
Re-stock fire wood for all the condominiums
Help facilities operations with building function set ups, room tear outs, etc.
Landscape areas to include top soil, flowers, trees, shrubs, bark mulch, etc.
Banquets and events set-up – use of BEO’s
Skills:
Ability to work independently
Foresee undesirable conditions and take corrective action
Bob Cat and plowing experience preferred
Physical Demands:
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Ability to lift 75 pounds (heavy lifting)
Certifications/Diplomas/Prerequisites:
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
