Located in the Green Mountains of southern Vermont, The Vermont Country Store, a family- owned multi-channel business, has been successfully operating for 75 years.

We are currently seeking an Image Specialist to join our Advertising team.We are offering a hybrid work arrangement for the foreseeable future with the majority of our days remote.Be part of a dynamic team in one of the fastest growing areas for the business. The Image Specialist’s main focus is to analyze and edit images for catalogue and website to ensure final quality.

Are you…

• Detail oriented?
• Organized?
• Someone who takes pride in their job?
• An energetic self-starter that works well both in a team environment as well as independently?

Have you…

• Experience and knowledge in photography, print production, and design?
• Managed multiple projects at one time?
• An advanced knowledge Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Capture One, and InDesign?

Are you ready to…

• Serve as a conduit between the photo studio and the print and digital design teams by editing images
• Archive images including changing file names and adding metadata?
• Join a dynamic team where the sky is the limit?

Experience and Characteristics:

• A Bachelor’s degree in photography, plus a minimum of 2 years of experience in retouching
• Microsoft Suite
• Expert Level in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Capture One, InDesign
• Organized and accurate
• Strong communication skills
