Position SummaryPosition SummaryAssist the Grille operation by processing customer sales through the cash register.ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions Offer is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
Cheerfully greets customers and rings in their order into the point of sale system.
Stocks any retail items such as chips, beverages, cookies etc.
Assists with end of the day clean up including washing utensils
Assures that all tables are cleaned and wiped after each meal period.
Cleans work area after shift (including sweeping and mopping).
Counts opening bank and completes the cashier sheets following all procedures.
Helps count physical inventory.
Helps set-up and clean up various catered events
General Responsibilities

QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of point of sale and cash handling helpfulExperienceNo previous experience necessary, although cash handling training helpfulPhysical DemandsMust be able to lift 10-20 lbs. numerous times each day and up to 60lbs. several times each day. Requires long periods of time standing. Also requires frequent bending, twisting and reaching. Must be able to push and pull up to 25 lbs. frequently.
