Description Humana's Primary Care Organization is a leading provider of primary care for seniors, caring for >250k patients across 9 states under CenterWell and Conviva. We are rapidly expanding our value-based care model nationally though de novo builds of new centers and acquisitions of high performing medical groups.As Product Manager, you will be accountable for managing the delivery of product capabilities from concept to release. You will partner closely with the Senior and Lead Product Manager(s) in the successful development of features and capabilities, to ensure the product can get into the hands of our customers quickly and efficiently.Responsibilities Responsibilities:Accountable for managing the delivery of product capabilities from concept to release

Responsible for designing detailed workflows, capturing requirements, and ensuring alignment amongst a cross-functional team

Thorough analysis of acceptance criteria to identify potential gaps to ensure user stories meet requirements

Works with the senior and Lead Product Manager(s) to manage release calendars and negotiate feature sets based on timing, dependencies and development capacity

Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure the team is able to deliver against goals

Partner closely with Senior and Lead Product Manager(s) and other Product leaders to motivate the delivery teams keeping the context, goals, and success metrics clear for them and promoting collaboration, continuous learning, and a 'can do it' spirit

Improve identification and removal of impediments, working across all levels of the organization in pursuit of timely and effective solutions

Role Essentials:Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience

At least 2 years of experience in Agile Delivery

At least 2 years of experience with Technology Project Delivery, preferably software development

Comfortability in working in an Agile project management methodology and iterative development environment, and familiarity with agile management tools

Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and experienced increating journey maps that translate into writing user stories and acceptance criteria

Ability to balance multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity

Analytical and a preference to think outside of the box

Experience in managing multi-disciplinary product teams and converse with technical & non-technical resources

Detail oriented & highly collaborative with excellent communication skills

Ability to work with customers across all US time zones

Must be able to travel up to 25%

Role Desirables:PMP, Lean, Agile, SAFe, or Six Sigma certification

Previous work experience in a health care setting, working directly with healthcare providers
