Job Description/Responsibilities :

Primary skill :Desktop Engineering - SCCM, Desktop Management - SCCM, Microsoft 365 Security.

Build Windows images, deploy and setting up the desk for end users.
Support remote users.
Support and deploy application using SCCM.
Work on Incidents and Task using Service Now ticketing tool
Troubleshooting issues in VMware images.
Handle printer troubleshooting and support.
Good Knowledge in Win10, O365, MS Teams, and basic support
Prior experience in handling VIP support.
Able to create knowledge Base on new technical findings and fixed complex issues.
