This role will work closely with multiple stakeholders from marketing and creative leadership to operational and production partners streamlining creative development and ensures the brand vision executes successfully. This role will partner with both global and regional creative teams to create regional extensions of global campaigns while directing regional partners in both content development and content production to elevate the brand in our DTC, wholesale, and OMNI (retail, email, social, comms etc.) experiences. The Sr. Integrated Creative Lead understands how to create and fully integrate campaign(s) throughout OMNI channels. Specializes in building world class, integrated creative solutions that meet consumer touch points across geographies, cultures, and channels.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibility over Brand and Seasonal Creative in our DTC, wholesale and OMNI channels for the region
Utilize regional and global data to elevate consumer experiences through art and copy
Collaborate with global creative/marketing/ops teams to ensure regional creative/marketing/ops alignment
Design with versatility and constantly seek new and innovative ways to elevate consumer experience
Work collaboratively with the Creative Director, agency partners, external resources, copy, category partners to produce brand relevant designs and consumer experiences that reflect and elevate brand’s DNA and standards.
Influence regional teams on brand excellence and current/future design trends
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Integrate creative that is unique per channel throughout consumer journey

Ability to lead team/projects/photoshoots
Presentation/Communication style: Clear, Concise, and Thoughtful. Ability to present new insights to small or large groups.
Creatively leads and oversees work to ensure alignment throughout consumer journey
Experience working and communicating directly with Regional Marketing partners
Master of Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient in Keynote, PPT, or related presentation platform
Education And / Or ExperienceBFA in graphic design, visual communications, or another relevant field
At least 7-10 years of relevant Graphic Design or Art Direction experience
7+ years in agency/in-house creative team
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading a design team
