DescriptionOfficeTeam is looking for Customer Service Representatives in South Burlington, VT!This role involves taking inbound phone calls from customers of a power equipment distributor.This role is full time (8-5, M-F), and pays between $35-40k per yearWhat you will do:-Take inbound phone calls from customers (around 50 or so per day)-Update customer address and billing information, take orders, and log call information in their system internal software system-Provide hardware support for their products-Following up with customers incase deliveries are delayed-Take escalated calls in a comfortable and positive manner-Provide general customer service etiquette to customers, including billing information questions and delivery statuses-Provide information on new products and offersRequirementsWhat we are looking for:-A background in customer service.
