Technical Managers (#734620)
Job Description: Develop and manage work plan for software projects. Create project budgets, identify personnel requirements, assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel. Create project timelines, deliverables and identify software tools, software versions and system requirements. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Prepare project status reports. Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI).
Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related and 2 years of programmer analyst/software development/systems engineer experience with 2 years with WebCenter Suite, ADF, Java, PL/SQL, Jdeveloper, Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle SOA Suite, Azure, Oracle Apps and AWS.As equivalent, employer will accept a related Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of progressively responsible programmer analyst/software development/systems engineer experience, including at least 2 years with WebCenter Suite, ADF, Java, PL/SQL, Jdeveloper, Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle SOA Suite, Azure, Oracle Apps and AWS.
Work is at unanticipated project sites throughout the US, w/ infrequent relocations. No other travel is involved.
