Must have a working knowledge of Stowe Mountain and a Guest Service background.
Ability to spend a majority of time outdoors with the understanding that some indoor hours might be required.
Qualifications:
Have a high level of guest service experience.
Crowd control on the mountain and base lodge wherever needed.
Coordination with various departments on the mountain as needed
Problem solving and managing situations as they arise.
Checking in with base lodge employees in A.M to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Giving information and suggestions to guests on hill and in base areas.
Helping to update “Stowe Mountain Hosts” with information from around the resort.
A certain level of computer skills will be necessary to communicate with guests and log lost and found.
