Description:
Job Overview:The Pool Attendant assists guests with aquatic needs and supplies. In addition the Pool Attendant performs special projects for the Wellness Staff and does so without disrupting any of the daily functions of the pool, hotel or without disturbing guests. The Pool Attendantprovides sincere service through actions that display self-confidence, grace and courtesy to guests and colleagues.
Essential Functions:
Assists guests with the appropriate use of aquatics facility
Works unsupervised and maintains the highest quality standards in the pool area
Monitors the pool area and replenishes all amenities offered
Completes work projects as assigned by supervisor and managers
Provides assistance and direction to our guests when necessary
Identifies and reports all maintenance issues
Reports articles left behind to Lost and Found
Upholds all safety standards of Spruce PeakQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Technical proficiency (basic computer applications)
Attention to detail
Customer service experience
Understanding of Spa and Wellness
Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively
Operate effectively in stressful situationsPrimary Location: US-Vermont-Stowe
