Reach Your Peak.Stowe's Adventure Center is looking for energetic and enthusiastic people to join our sales team for the season. Vacation Planners of Stowe Mountain resort combine sales and customer service to create great guest experiences. We assist guests with their adventures at Stowe, and help to create memorable experiences and lasting relationships . Duties include greet and assist guests professionally, knowledgeably and enthusiastically; respond to guest communications in a reliable courteous manner and resolve problems if possible and explain various product options and ensure that guests are reserved for their most favorable mountain recreation experience. Additionally support the front line sales staff representing the Ski & Snowboard School.Qualifications:
High School education
Minimum 2 years’ experience in ski & snowboard school reservations, ticket sales, or
customer service required
Ability to work closely with people and be able to handle guest and staff issues in an
effective, equitable and friendly manner
Must be able to remain calm and decisive in high stress conditions
Ability to compile and analyze data and then use results as an influence on decisions
Detail oriented with sound math and clerical skills
Able to work with computers
