Description
Robert Half Technology is seeking a well-rounded and technical Project Coordinator for our partner in Burlington, VT. This will be a fulltime contract to hire opportunity. This will be a semi-remote opening, returning to the office when possible.
Primary duties are below
Manage incoming service requests and assign to appropriate resource
Manage schedules for Service Desk team (3 - 4)
Schedule large projects and provide timely communication to stakeholders
Update and document standard procedures
Monitor service requests for anomalies and report customer service issues to leadership
Assist team in prioritizing their tasks
The incumbent should be VERY computer savvy and ideally would be able to troubleshoot basic computer issues.
