We are looking for the right person to serve as Mobile Device Management Administrator on our Internet of Things (IoT) Team.The successful AES candidate will embrace our exciting mission to provide information technology expertise, strategic vision, and tactical implementations using frameworks that require virtualized, scalable, cost-effective cloud services, utilizing DevOps practices. This position typically works under limited supervision and direction. The selected candidates will be an inclusive team member who exhibits the following characteristics:

The duties include but are not limited to:

Engineer the USCIS device management environment, including AirWatch, Configuration Manager (referred to as SCCM), Intune and related Windows, Apple, and mobile device administration tools.

Develop concepts and strategies to further optimize and standardize the management of devices within the USCIS environment based on factors such as industry best practices and interoperability with other technologies within the Enterprise.

Engineer Apple workstations in the USCIS environment, including accounting for device usage growth.

Engineer the USCIS Microsoft Windows environment using software distribution, imaging, and patching capabilities within SCCM.

Perform integration of MDM within a secure active directory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field preferred. 5-10 years of experience.
