Job Description:Part-Time - 24 Hours per week. Schedule is flexible.This position is responsible for serving commercial customers by responding to written or verbal requests, focusing on problem resolution, while adhering to internal policies and procedures and utilizing a specialized knowledge of the Treasury Management systems, products and services to meet customer needs.Essential Job Duties: Provides an intermediate level of support for a wide range of commercial customers with questions, requests or issues regarding Treasury Management products and services with an emphasis on diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and application issues. Responds to and resolves all intermediate level Treasury Management inquiries from external and internal customers independently, quickly, and accurately while focusing on an exceptional customer experience. Coordinates the appropriate communication and/or conference calls necessary to resolve customer's inquiries. Provides periodic updates on unresolved issues to the customer and internal management teams. Supports the general maintenance of Treasury Management relationships, including troubleshooting technical hardware and software issues, internet connectivity issues, browser related problems, and application issues while escalating unresolved system issues to the customer service lead, supervisor, or manager for tracking and monitoring to ensure timely resolution. Acts as a liaison between customer and service officer, relationship manager, sales officer, product support, and system groups to ensure clear communication occurs within the organization. Looks for opportunities to introduce customers to functions and services based on information uncovered while working with a client to resolve a request/issue. Acts as a point of contact for select assignments requiring proactive customer outreach. Assists CSRs with troubleshooting complex and/or unresolved technology issues. Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.Job Requirements:Education/Experience Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent work experience.2-3 years relevant experienceKnowledge/Abilities/Technical Skills: Maintain a strong knowledge of Treasury Management systems, products, services, internal policies, procedures and sales techniques. Maintain a strong understanding of branch and/or operational support units and business deposit service activities. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communications skills. Listen to provide courteous and professional customer service. Ability to remain calm and courteous when handling difficult calls and requests. Ability to work well in team environment and share knowledge and skills. Demonstrate strong problem resolution skills. Ability to independently problem solve more complex issues. Demonstrate effective PC skills including, electronic mail, intra-net and industry standard applications. Ability to use phone system effectively. Ability to learn to use additional applications as necessary. Demonstrate effective organizational skills needed to perform multiple tasks.
