The Director, U.S. Network Business Process is responsible for alignment and documentation of shared business processes across United Way Worldwide and the nearly 1,100 Local United Ways in the U.S. Network. The role focuses on identifying and prioritizing the business processes that can be optimized through standardization across the Network for increased operating efficiency and improved customer/donor experience. The role will provide day-to-day leadership, program management, partnership development, and operational oversight. The role also oversees project design, process, outcomes, milestones, and progress, and reporting, as well as flow of funding to departments/stakeholders (internal and external) involved in the project. Organizes project components, such as coordination of staff and coaching resources, coordination of deployment of resources, development of communications and related materials, adoption planning, stakeholder education, research coordination, and other applicable tasks. Responsible for reporting on all aspects of the project to grantors, leadership, and stakeholders.

Experience in the United Way Network (UWW or Local) or similar federated organization (nonprofit is a plus)
