We are a healthcare analytics startup that uses NLP to draw insights and data from medical records and provide healthcare providers with insights into patient outcomes, morbidity, etc, all in a effort to improve patient care experiences and patient outcomes.
Based in Virginia, we are seeking a solutions architect to spearhead implementations of our core product into client environment. Candidates should have experience in Healthcare IT across either provider, payer, or life sciences sectors, and be familiar with healthcare stands and the processing of healthcare data at scale such as EHR, claims, etc. We are seeking someone with 5+ years of architecture experience or 2+ years of solutions engineering experience specifically and are comfortable with Java, Scala, or Python design / development.
We are seeking someone with the below background:
Experience with cloud architectures and large data processing
Expertise with Spark and related components - comfortable integrating cloud and big data ecosystems into cloud environments (AWS, Azure and GCP)
Familiar with Data Warehouse implementation
Experience with Hadoop ecosystem
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and speak directly with clients to assist in implementations
Experience with data streaming concepts - Kafka, Kinesis, etc
BS in Computer Science or related field
