job summary:

As part of IT HR North America regional team, this position holder will have the responsibility to:

- Manage the end to end lifecycle of local talent acquisition technologies (Taleo and other add-ons)

- Deploy Successfactors RCM / RMK / Onboarding modules from Hire 2 Retire Global solution

Key activities include

- Taleo & other local recruiting systems

o Manage enhancement projects to introduce minor changes to Taleo configuration and to setup any integrations with 3rd parties like ModernHire, Smashfly

o Provide technology support to address any system issues faced by end users in conjunction with Korn Ferry

o Manage intake of ongoing enhancement requirements - gathering business requirements and prioritizing them considering feasibility and capacity availability

- Deployment of Successfactors RCM / RMK / Onboarding

o Understand global setup of SF modules

o Support US market team to perform change impact analysis helping them compare global solution with local needs

o Promote Global Solution design and setup among the US market being the voice of Global Product Manager for Talent Acquisition

o Understand other product capabilities - like PeopleDoc (document generation and storage), Employee Central, ServiceNow HR case management, etc - that could be integrated into SF RCM/RMK/ONB to provide holistic solutions to US market
