Job Title: Program Manager Job Location: Arlington, VirginiaSecurity Clearance: SecretThe purpose of this requirement is to provide the SAF/AQX organization, and other Headquarters Air Force organizations, support in the development and maintenance of strategic plans, which will allow agencies to establish linkage among planning elements such as mission, vision, goals, objectives, strategies, and performance management initiatives. We will provide support in aligning organizational investments in people, technology and capital to the overall strategies while assisting in the development and articulation of the agencies strategic vision with corresponding mission, business, and performance measures. The Program Manager shall:
Lead strategic planning, budgeting and staffing efforts in response to task requirements.
Formulate, communicate and enforce quality work standards.
Monitor progress and resolve any issues impacting successful capability delivery.
Ensure compliance with all administrative and contractual requirements.
Serve as point of contact for the CO and the COR.
Be available to the CO and COR via telephone during normal duty hours, and shall respond
Experience supervising, initiating and developing requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs;
Experience providing strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to programs and project staff;
Experience providing detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimizations development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues;
Experience analyzing data to provide advice and recommending solutions to clients and customers’
Minimum of 10 years of related experience;
Master’s Degree;
At least 5 years of supporting DOD programs
Secret Clearance
DAWIA PM or PMP Certification
Experience supporting SAF/AQ, HQ USAF, or DoD
