This role fulfills an open requirement for Tantus' protégé firm, CSS. Cyber Security Solution (CSS) is seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Solution Lead. You will advise the customer on the suitability of RPA for specific use cases and assist customers by providing technical expertise to facilitate the implementation and adoption of the appropriate tool. The RPA Solution lead will drive all pre-sales RPA solution efforts from a technical perspective and help put the team in place and deliver the eventual solution post-award. You will have the support of corporate executive business development / proposal personnel and partner resources to help create the best solution for our customers. What You'll Do
Leads the development of RPA solutions with client teams to analyze and design automation based upon business and technical requirements
Acts as our go-to resource for all RPA services and works closely with our RPA vendor partners as our main technical POC. Ensures we maintain RPA vendor partnerships through meeting corporate requirements
Empowered to build repeatable RPA solutions that can be replicated across multiple government agencies and clients
Creates business cases for consideration by corporate leadership to leverage RPA for the benefit of CSS Federal operations
Assists with recommending RPA training opportunities for staff
Responsible for developing project schedules in WBS format, including detailed work plans, tasks, assignments, resources, constraints, dependencies, milestones, and schedule for all RPA tasks
Provide technical oversight of RPA solutions post-award in coordination with project teams
Provides support to the Program and Project Managers to ensure services and products delivered under the contract satisfy the requirements and needs of client organization
Creates technical writeups including architectural diagrams in response to RFIs/RFPs for proposal efforts
Estimates solutions from a pricing (e.g., FFP/T&M) perspective considering both our services and licensing costs from our vendor partners
Works with government executive leaders and staff to support program goals
Supports development of program key performance metrics and provides consultation on complex projects
Must Haves
Requires BA/BS degree in related field
5 or more years of experience as a technology solution lead supporting the federal government
3 or more years hands-on programming/scripting experience specifically aligned with RPA and robotic implementations. Experience with UiPath or Automation Anywhere solutions preferred
Track record and proven ability to produce effective, innovative solutions on an enterprise scale
Excellent knowledge of Automation processes, approaches, methodologies, and development lifecycle
Identifies reusable components and patterns as well as ensure consistency in design across use-cases built using RPA
Contributes to the development of governance, methodologies, and procedures to continually improve a rapid and repeatable delivery channel of RPA solutions
Strong ability in root cause analysis of issues, resolving testing issues, and driving issues to closure
Supports program and project plans for application selection, systems development, processes, procedures, and production methods
Helps define and drive application standards across the RPA platform
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
Must be or US Permanent Resident. Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance
Ability to acquire and maintain an advanced RPA developer certification to meet RPA vendor partnership requirements
Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with the ability to effectively interface with the team, stakeholders, and developers
Strong desire for learning and implementing new technologies
This position is located in the Washington DC metro area with the opportunity for some remote work. The candidate must be based in the DC metro area as there will be occasional travel to customer locations #JT
