Looking for a sharp, flexible, people person who has worked in the real estate and property management business to help further organize and create a more professional image for a small but growing rental property business in the B'burg/C'burg area.
Need a creative, self starter with knowledge in branding, marketing and necessary computer skills in creating advertising graphics, professional documents, social media, websites etc. Would need experience in organizing accounting, office procedures and legalities. General knowledge in maintaining and improving property is important. Someone not afraid to get their hands dirty if and when necessary. Preferably local to Christiansburg.
