Blacksburg Country Club is looking for dependable and energetic kitchen help. Full and part time positions available. ONLY APPLICANTS WITH RESUMES WILL BE CONSIDERED. Some duties and responsibilities include:
Prepare sauces, soups and hot/cold items in accordance with menu and recipes.
Present food using proper plate presentation techniques
Set up mise en place for meal periods by ensuring that stations are set up based upon anticipated volumes.
Ensure that all equipment and storage areas are serviced, clean and functional prior to and after use.
Ensure all assigned duties are completed and performed to level of standards set by supervisor.
Immediate communication of special request, guest problems or concerns to supervisors.
Performs other job-related duties as directed.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift 25-50 lbs.
Provide constant, attentive and friendly service to all guests.
