I am doing some local recruiting. In need of part time and a perhaps a couple full time staff with facilities and/or construction backgrounds to be part of a facility condition assessment team. Candidates can be engineers/architects, former construction mangers/inspectors, facilities managers, or mechanical/electrical trades persons. We use a mix of staff to provide a diverse, multi-discipline team. Great job for someone who is semi-retired and wants to work 2 weeks/month, must be willing to commit to an 8 month effort. Must pass background check and be willing to travel
to NC area two weeks/month. In addition to pay, we provide per diem and reimburse hotel/travel expenses. We have a good team culture and there is opportunity for continued employment beyond duration of this project.
