CompuCom is seeking a Senior Desktop Management Consultant that is a highly-technical to serve as a subject-matter expert with architecting, configuring and administering Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and can transition to Microsoft Endpoint Manager Configuration Manager (MEMCM), the successor to SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Windows 10, and Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise (formerly Office ProPlus) in medium to large organizations. This individual will have extensive experience with Architecting and Administering desktop management solutions, upgrading to Windows 10, business analyst skills, a keen interest in learning new concepts and solutions, while at the same time applying these learnings to new and future projects.

This position requires participation in presales activities, creating technical documentation, collaborating with project managers, extensive client work, and participating in 3-4 projects simultaneously. The majority of work will be conducted remotely from your home office, with occasional travel upon client or CompuCom client management request (post COVID).

• Candidates should have at least 3 or more years of experience supporting Configuration Manager Current Branch and Microsoft Intune in an environment.
• Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be able to correspond efficiently and effectively. This includes both verbally as well as in a written format. Emphasis is put upon the ability to produce well written technical documentation.
• Candidates must be able to work well with clients and team members of all levels.
