The Challenge:

We're looking for a systems administrator with a solid background in Windows and Linux support to help us manage and enhance solutions for our customers that will stand up to even the most advanced cyber threats.

As a lead systems administrator on our project, you'll help secure and manage mission critical system servers and client workstations, conduct system vulnerability assessments, perform configuration management, and help to increase customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. You'll coordinate work with our security and engineering support teams to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate your customer's IT needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions that support its mission operations. We need your help to come up with the best solutions, leveraging new techniques that break free from legacy models using industry best practice tools, utilities, or processes. This is a chance to support a team of experts to make a difference in the civil, defense, and intelligence industry areas while broadening your skillset into areas like cloud-based solutions and cybersecurity. You Have:
-5+ years of experience as a senior system administration, including system management, accreditation, monitoring, and assessment of multiple solutions
-Experience with administering and assessing solutions according to mission operational requirements
-Experience with enterprise system software deployment, patch management, or virus protection solutions
-Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system functions, security policies, technical security safeguards, or operational security measures
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
-HS diploma or GED required

Nice If You Have:
-Experience with systems integration, systems engineering, or cybersecurity
-Knowledge of cloud or network infrastructure configuration, identity and access management, or enterprise audit or monitoring services
-Knowledge of VMware or cloud services, including Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
-Ability to work independently with senior administrative and technical leads
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
