This position is best fit for someone with the following experience / training:
Strong Computer Skills
Auto CAD Experience (Prefered)
Ability to read Construction BluePrints
Understanding of building methods, codes, 3D Rendering & Structural Requirements
Should have experience in Architectural software (examples below) or equivalent
Examples: Sema, Chief Architect, Mitek, Javelin,
Able to utilize spreadsheets and Word or Google Documents
Creative design abilities and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
Ability to create blueprints and construction details
Additional Notes:
This position would be a good fit for a recent graduate with an architectural degree.
Starting annual salary - $48,000 + based on experience
