We are looking for someone to help us kick off the opening of our outdoor tiki bar adjacent to the farm brewery. The individual must be experienced working in a beach or vacation atmosphere, and must provide a carefree and enjoyable outdoor environment for the customers through the visualization, organization, and implementation of new and exciting events, games, and activities such as volleyball, frisbee, limbo, etc. Our preferred candidate must work well with the existing brewery staff in order to promote innovative ideas for social activities. The individual will be responsible for maintaining as well as staffing the tiki bar with additional bartenders if needed. Outgoing, charismatic, and creative personality preferred.
