Tailwind, a national airport concessionaire, operates airport concessions at 22 airports across the country. This location is looking for a strong, skilled cooks who are excited to join our team at the Charlottesville, VA airport.
Some Responsibilities to Include:
-Review and understand all kitchen and health codes.
-Review and understand knife and slicer safety procedures.
-Daily prep of all menu items.
-Ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation is done.
-Label & rotate all food.
-Pizza prep knowledge (preferred).
-TurboChef knowledge (preferred).
Must be 21 years of age or older, must have reliable transportation and must be able to pass a back-ground check to receive an airport badge.
