Time to make the donuts! Our season is getting started and we are searching for reliable, highly-motivated people to work in our bakery as donut-makers, pie bakers, and kitchen prep!
Our bakery staff will quickly and efficiently create baked goods of the highest quality on a schedule to satisfy our customer traffic.
Responsibilities include:-
Assess daily inventories of donuts and other products, and decide what needs to be prepared that day (confer with manager on duty for assistance as needed)
Prepare donuts from scratch, using our recipes
Bake pies and other baked goods as needed
Manage ingredients and supplies effectively for the least waste possible.
Keep market shelves stocked with product
Manage kitchen cleanliness and follow all safety training instructions-
Other duties as assigned
We are a production kitchen. High volumes of high-quality product are expected. There is a lot of repetition during the day. You must be self-motivated, be able to work independently, and have a lot of attention to detail. You will be on your feet all day and must be able to lift up to 50# on occasion.
Bakery and/or restaurant experience preferred. This is a seasonal position, beginning immediately and ending in December. 25-35 hours per week, with weekday and weekend hours.
