Five Guys is setting the industry standard for protecting our Crew Members and our fanatical Customers during the current Coronavirus outbreak. “Best Practices” in use are:
Special training to help keep you healthy both on and off the job
Uniform-quality masks being provided for all employees
POS Shields (Plexiglas sneeze guards) are being installed to protect our cashiers
Hand sanitizer to be installed in all stores
Gloves may be worn by all crew/cashiers for all duties
Curbside Delivery has been established to reduce in-store traffic
Why is Five Guys Special?
EVERY Five Guys meal is prepared ONLY when the customer orders.
We only use fresh beef, and don't have freezers in any of our stores.
We use real potatoes to make our fries fresh every morning.
What Are We Looking For?
Five Guys is currently looking to hire Crew Members.
The ideal candidate is upbeat, guest-focused and enjoys working with people on both sides of the counter
The Crew Member is a vital position in the Five Guys operations. They are trained to work in many different positions within the restaurant.
Skills and Requirements
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Must enjoy working with the public
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and some holidays
