Host is an entry-level front of the house position that includes greeting our guests, managing seating of customers, answering the phone, and taking reservations. The host position is essential for creating a warm welcoming environment for our guests as their first impression.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
⢠Daily completion of opening, transitional, and closing task lists
⢠Work with the FOH team including servers and bussers
⢠Use Open Table⢠to take reservations and manage guest seating
⢠Engage guests as they arrive and deliver superior customer service
⢠Answer phone in a professional manner
⢠Clean and maintain host station
Minimum Requirements
⢠6 months experience preferred, not required
⢠Ability to communicate efficiently
⢠Night and weekend availability
Pay Range
⢠Host pay begins at $7.25/hour plus tips and may adjust based on experience and tenure.
