Ten Course Hospitality is the Charlottesville team behind The Whiskey Jar, The Bebedero, Brasserie Saison, The Pie Chest, Revolutionary Soup, and the James Beard Award-nominated The Alley Light.
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, managing BOH, FOH, Private Events, and Bar teams. The ideal candidate has prior General Manager experience, or long tenure as an AGM. Independent, locally sourced restaurant experience is preferred, but not necessary. This role will include such diverse functions as labor control, hiring, training, systems creation & maintenance and food & beverage menu development & oversight, among many others.
FOH managers will report to the GM at each property and assist as necessary. Duties will include floor management during service, inventory, training, hiring, staff training & retention and certain goods ordering, among many others.
