Requirement:
Two years of line cook experience or equivalent.
BUT we can also work with a newcomer and train up.
Full or Part time.
What we are preparing?
Modified Family style plus ala carte. kids meals, and special diets.
Baking - rolls, breads, pastries, cakes, pies, daily.
Chef - Kevin Scott, quite a techer.
Service times - 8 to 10, 12 to 2, 6 to 8.
Catering - on and off premise.
Sorry, but limited cooking line equipment available for switch away from institutional. We will change this out but need to get through the year - for obvious reasons.

Shifts from 7AM
Pay - variable according to experience.
